At Premier Commercial Services, we have developed a proprietary technology platform, called POP, which is designed to create accountability, transparency, and make property Management’s job a bit easier. With POP's user-friendly mobile app, PCS’ team can quickly upload photos, with comments to confirm work was completed or we can easily report an issue. With just 3 clicks, our staff can capture and document our cleaning services at our properties.

Through automation, our team will be able to ensure that we are meeting the requirements of our contracts. With our mobile app, our team has the ability to create, edit, and view all scheduled work at each building. The ease to which our employees are able to document and capture their work has greatly enhanced their performance and overall job satisfaction.

Automatic Email Notifications With Photos

By having our team utilize our technology platform (POP), the property management team receives automatic email notifications. With each POP submission, a property manager can view the property address, date, time, service details, and category of the work being completed. Each notification has photos, as well as if our team is reporting an issue at the building, completed a request, fixing a complaint, or finishing a scheduled cleaning task.

The ability to ensure compliance regarding our contracts and certificate of insurance has never been easier. The POP dashboard provides notifications when COI’s and contracts are within 90, 60, and 30 days of expiring. Therefore, property management will never have to micromanage Premier Commercial Services, especially when it comes to updated COI’s and contracts.
